Security at Wimborne Minster Folk Festival

To keep everyone safe at Wimborne Minster Folk Festival, we employ a range of measures, including:

• 24-hour CCTV recording throughout the town and relevant buildings

• Uniformed and plain-clothed police and security staff, present throughout the Festival

• Bag searches on entry to indoor events (large bags or similar may not be permitted and may have to be left outside – avoid bringing if possible)

• Rehearsed evacuation and invacuation plans

• Monitoring the current National Threat Level and adapting our measures to any change
